Crafting the Arcadio brand — from positioning to visual identity
Before a single page was designed, we built the brand. Arcadio needed to occupy a clear space: accessible luxury for the quality-conscious Indian consumer — aspirational, but not exclusive . Stylish, but grounded in craftsmanship. We translated that positioning into a full visual and verbal identity system.

A premium lifestyle brand without a brand — or a digital strategy to match its ambition
Arcadio Lifestyle had an exceptional product range — premium sunglasses, optical frames, leather bags, wallets, and accessories — crafted with genuine quality and a distinct sense of style. But the brand had no coherent visual identity, no consistent positioning, and a website that failed to communicate the premium promise of the products it sold.
Their Shopify store was functional but lacked the experience needed to convert style- conscious Indian consumers. Product pages were sparse, SEO was non-existent, the brand had no logo system or guidelines, and marketing assets were inconsistent across categories. Arcadio needed everything built from scratch — brand first, then digital.

Brand discovery & strategy
Designed the complete Arcadio visual identity: logo system with primary, secondary, and icon variants; a refined colour palette anchored in deep neutrals with warm accent tones; typography pairing for editorial and product contexts; iconography and texture language; and a 40-page brand guideline document for internal and vendor use.

Brand identity design
Conducted brand workshops to define Arcadio's positioning, target audience profiles (urban professionals 25–40, style-conscious students), competitive landscape analysis across 8 Indian eyewear and lifestyle brands, and brand personality mapping. Output: a brand strategy document guiding every subsequent decision.

SEO & content strategy
Built a keyword universe of 200+ terms across sunglasses, eyeglasses, leather bags, wallets, and accessories — segmented by search intent (informational, transactional, navigational). Designed a collection-page and product-page content framework optimised for both discovery and conversion. Identified 12 high-opportunity blog topics for long-form content.

Shopify UX design
Designed a premium, editorial Shopify experience — homepage with lifestyle storytelling, category-first navigation, product pages with immersive image layouts, size guides, and trust signals. Designed 35+ UI components aligned to the new brand identity. All layouts mobile-first, tested against Indian mobile user behaviour patterns.

Shopify development & technical SEO
Built a custom Shopify theme from a solid base — optimised for speed, collection filtering, and variant management across Arcadio's large SKU catalogue. Implemented full technical SEO: Product schema, BreadcrumbList, Organisation markup, collection-level canonical tags, hreflang, and a structured XML sitemap. Core Web Vitals optimised to "Good" across all metrics.

Content writing & product copywriting
Wrote SEO-optimised copy for all collection pages, 150+ product descriptions in Arcadio's brand voice — highlighting craftsmanship, materials, and lifestyle fit. Created homepage copy, about page, and brand story content. Developed 8 long-form blog articles targeting high-intent keywords. All content mapped to keyword clusters and reviewed against the brand voice guide.
