Redesigning the digital presence of AskSunday — the world's most awarded virtual assistant service since 2007
How Aximz Technologies redesigned the website, refreshed the brand identity, and built the SEO foundation for AskSunday — one of the world’s most recognised virtual assistant services, endorsed by Tim Ferriss, ranked #2 Website of the Year by TIME Magazine, and trusted by 15,000+ clients across the US, UK, and Australia since 2006.

18 years of industry authority — with a website that didn't reflect it
Despite its extraordinary media credentials and loyal client base, AskSunday’s website had not kept pace with the brand’s reputation. The design felt dated, the content was inconsistent, and the SEO foundation was minimal — leaving one of the VA industry’s most decorated brands largely invisible to organic search queries.
The virtual assistant market has become intensely competitive, with newer players like Time Etc, Belay, Woodbows, and Fancy Hands investing heavily in digital marketing. AskSunday needed a website that could reassert its leadership position and convert visitors into free trial signups.
SEO & content challenges
- Minimal SEO foundation — missing meta tags, schema, and structured data across almost all pages
- Low organic visibility for high-intent virtual assistant and dedicated VA queries in the US, UK, and Australia
- Individual service pages had almost no SEO content
- No content strategy to compete with newer VA brands publishing high-volume, SEO-optimised blog content
- Three-market presence not reflected in any localised SEO or hreflang strategy
Brand & design challenges
- Dated visual design failing to communicate the trust and professionalism the brand had earned
- Media credentials and press features — the brand's most powerful trust signals — buried or poorly displayed
- No consistent brand identity system — colours, fonts, and photography direction were inconsistent across pages
- Service pages lacked the depth and conversion structure needed to move visitors from curiosity to signup
- Mobile experience not optimised — significant drop-off from mobile visitors

Discovery, audit & competitive positioning
Full UX, content, and technical SEO audit of asksunday.com across all service pages, pricing, reviews, and blog content. Audience mapping across three segments. Competitive benchmarking against Time Etc, Belay, Woodbows, Fancy Hands, and Magic.
